W domu i poza domem 

 (Inside and outside) 

w domu – być w środku apartamentu, mieszkania, domu Jestem w domu. 

(in the house – to be inside an apartment, flat, house) (I am in the house.)

wyjść – nie być w domu, może w parku, w sklepie, w barze Ja wyjdę na spacer.

(leave – to not be at home, maybe in the park, shop, bar) (I leave for a walk.)

nie ma mnie/ciebie/jej/jego/nas/was/ich – nie być w domu aktualnie Nie ma jego. 

(not here me/you/her/his/us/you/them – to not be at home recently) (He is not here.)

poza miastem – nie być w domu ani w mieście, może być w lecie, w górach albo na wsi..

(Outside the city – not be at home nor in the city, maybe in the forest, on the mountain, or in the countryside)  

za granicą – nie być w domu, w mieście, w kraju w którym się urodziłeś/urodziłaś, może być w Niemczech, w Norwegii, w Austrii, …

(abroad – to not be at home, in the city, nor in the country where you were born, maybe in Germany, in Norway, in Austria, …) 

Na przykład

Czy jest Kamil w domu?

(Is Kamil at home?) 

Kamil wyszedł godzinę temu.

(Kamil left one hour ago.) 

Kamila nie ma w domu. 

(Kamil is not at home.) 

Kamil jest poza miastem.

(Kamil is beyond the city.) tsp   tsa… is outside the city

Kamil jest za granicą. 

(Kamil is abroad.)
